Twarit Sukh: Homeless couple of Shimla adopt deaf and dumb woman, urge govt. to help them

 Homeless deaf & dumb elderly woman has been adopted by a homeless couple in Dhamechi village. The man says, 'we had adopted her around 25 years ago with her son who died at the age of 19. We're poor people & so we urge the govt to help us'
