US President Donald Trump's claims on Hafiz Saeed's arrest has stumped many as he said that it took 10 years to find him when the Lashkar-e-Taiba chief has been openly moving around in Pakistan after the Mumbai attacks.
In a tweet, Trump described Saeed as "so-called mastermind" of Mumbai attacks when Washington in 2012 had labeled him specially designated global terrorist and had announced a $10 million bounty for information leading to his arrest and conviction.
