Top News: Centre To Move 10,000 More Troops To J&K

As deployment of additional troops in Jammu and Kashmir has intensified apprehensions of removal of Article 35A of the Constitution, Former Chief Minister of the state and the Peoples Democratic party chief Mehbooba Mufti, on Sunday, lashed out at the Centre and warned it against revocation of Article 35-A .

She said she is ready to go to jail for protecting Article 35A which talks about Jammu and Kashmir's special status. Addressing party workers on PDP's foundation day, Mufti said: "Anybody trying to fiddle with Article 35A would be playing with dynamite.
