Rakesh Sinha is Member of Parliament from Rajya Sabha, an author, and an associate professor at the University of Delhi. He was founder and honorary director of Delhi-based think tank India Policy Foundation also ICSSR Nominee to CSDS,Delhi. He has authored several books including a Biography of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh founder K B Hedgewar.
