There can be no JPC on Rafale issue: Arun Jaitley in Lok Sabha

Arun Jaitley claimed on the floor of the House that the basic aircraft prices negotiated by the NDA are cheaper than what the UPA negotiated. He also said "This JPC is being sought by those connected with the Bofors scam. Therefore, there can be no JPC in this transaction."
