Supreme Court asks Delhi and Mumbai govt., 'who will tell how many pot-holes are there?'

The Supreme Court  hearing on road safety begined today. The court asked Delhi and Mumbai govt., "who will tell how many pot-holes are there?"
The court seemed quite serious on the issue as pot-holes are one of the major reason behind road accidents in the country.
