Super 6: PM Modi to gift developmental projects worth Rs 557 crore to Varanasi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi turns 68 on Monday and is set to celebrate his special day in his parliamentary constituency Varanasi, where he is on a 2-day visit. As a return gift, PM is set to inaugurate and lay foundation stones for several development projects worth Rs 557 crores.
During his stay, Prime Minster is set to address several school and college students.
Varanasi is in full swing preparing for celebrating PM’s birthday. Several programmes and events are also being organised in the state; preparations for which are underway.
Ahmadabad BJP workers extended their Birthday wishes to Prime Minister in a unique way by writing 1.15 lakh post cards.
In Surat, cake weighing 1500 kgs is being prepared for PM’s birthday. As per sources, the cake is set to have a mention of all the achievements of central government.
Narendra Damodar Das Modi or PM Modi was born to a Gujarati family in Vadnagar in 1950.
Birthday wishes poured for PM Modi on Monday. Right from senior party leaders like Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley to various opposition leaders like Mamata Bannerjee; everyone took to social media to extend warm wishes to PM.
