When umpires disinfected ball during England Vs West Indies test match

In the middle of the test match between England and West Indies, the umpires started disinfecting cricket ball. It was 41st over during the second test match when the incident took place.
It was Michael Gough who took the ball and cleaned it. The process had to be done as Cricketer Dominic Sibley used saliva to clean the ball
