Skymet Weather Report: Heavy rain and snow in Kashmir, avalanche alert issued

another fresh and active Western Disturbance has approached Jammu and Kashmir due to which, cloudy weather has been observed over the Hills of North India and in the last 24 hours parts of Jammu and Kashmir have seen light rainfall activity as well.
Today afternoon onward, most parts of Jammu and Kashmir will start to see rainfall and snow activities. The intensity of these activities will increase gradually and by evening Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand will also see some weather activity.
