Imran Pratapgarhi , is an Urdu language and Hindi language poet. Candidate of Congress party Moradabad Seat MP INC. Congress has nominated Imran Pratapgarhi from Moradabad where Babbar's candidature was announced earlier. Earlier, Raj Babbar was named from this constituency, but now he is contesting from Fatehpur Sikri.  Talking on replacing Raj Babbar, he said that this is just an exchange of seats and nothing else.
