Shikar Sammelan Kargil: Ex-Army Chief Gen. Bikram Singh On Why Kargil War Can't Ever Repeat

Former Army Chief Bikram Singh while talking on Kargil Vijay Diwas special Shikhar Sammelan, organised by ABP News said that Kargil war is not possible in India in present scenario.
He said, "Kargil war can never happen again. We have all posts occupied in high-altitudes. We have advanced intelligence capabilities & modern technology to thwart any such attack again."
