A shocking incidence in UP revealed people's neglegence. The incident is of Mau where a snake charmer was attacked by a python. The python grabed his neck and was suddenly the man was panicking. but people who were present over there insted of helping him, made video. 
The condition of the man is critical and he is in coma right now.
