Sagar, MP: Kids travel through knee-high water to school under Shivraj's regime

After severe water logging and bad drainage system kids have to travel through knee-high water by foot or by cycle to school. On the other hand, when Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan appreciates his state he compares it with foreign countries.
