RJD MP Manoj Jha says situation of Bihar exposes the 'good governance' of Nitish Kumar

RJD MP Manoj Jha said that the situation in Bihar exposed the good governance of Nitish Kumar. Jha said, "I am not saying that it is not a natural disaster, it is a natural disaster, but there should be some arrangements to deal with such a disaster which is not there. He has a government for the last 14 years, so he cannot escape."
Battered by heavy rainfall for the forth consecutive day, Bihar lost at least 29 lives on Monday to mishaps caused by the downpour that inundated streets, water-logged railway tracks and marooned business establishments.
