Rahul Gandhi speaks on coalition with AAP

"There is no confusion on this. The situation is very clear on this issue. We have constructed alliances. We have done alliance all over the country and we are very open about it." Rahul Gandhi said it on coalition with Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi.
He clearly hinted that they are open about the tie-up. But is the hiccup from AAP's side? It is still unknown
