Rahul Gandhi sensed pain in Jayadev Galla's speech during no-confidence motion

When Rahul Gandhi began his speech in the Lok Sabha, he talked to TDP MP Jayadev Galla. He said that he sensed anxiety and pain in his speech. Rahul said that TDP is a victim of 21st century weapon.
