Rafale deal signed as per rules: Centre's affidavit in court

Centre has submitted an affidavit in Supreme Court regarding Rafale Deal. The centre's version states that the deal was cracked after following proper rules and regulations. It also said that there were 74 meetings for the deal in totality. 
Rahul Gandhi had been attacking PM Modi and central government on the way Rafale Deal was signed between India and France
