PM Naredndra Modi's reply on Rahul Gandhi's allegation on Rafale deal

Rahul Gandhi said that he had personally met with the French President who had told him that was no secrecy pact between India and France, as was claimed earlier.
Participating in the debate on the 'No Confidence Motion' against the government, Mr Gandhi also accused Defence minister Nirmala Sitharaman of speaking "untruth" in the deal.
