The national capital on Saturday woke up to a pleasant morning with the minimum temperature recorded at 12.6 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season's average, the weather office said.

"Shallow fog enveloped the city in the morning. The day is expected to remain clear with no chances of rainfall," said an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official
