Panipat IPS Sangeeta Kalia transferred for skipping meeting chaired by Haryana minister Anil Vij

The Haryana government issued transfer and posting orders of eight IPS officers with immediate effect, including that of Panipat SP, Sangeeta Kalia, who did not turn up at a grievance committee meeting in Panipat on June 30, which was chaired by Health Minister Anil Vij.
In the orders issued today, Sangeeta Kalia, SP, Panipat has been posted Commandant, 1st India Reserve Batallion, Bhondsi in Gurgaon.
On June 30, Kalia as Panipat SP, was not present at the grievance committee meeting chaired by Vij.
Sources said Vij had complained to Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar in this regard.
In November 2015, Sangeeta Kalia, the then superintendent of police of Fatehabad district, had been transferred after a spat with the Health minister during a meeting, which had triggered angry reactions against him from the opposition.
