Pakistan rattled over scrapping of article 370, know what experts say on the outcomes

Pakistan on Thursday rejected India's contention that Jammu and Kashmir is an internal matter of India and stressed that it remains on the agenda of the United Nations Security Council and is a disputed territory.
Foreign Office spokesperson Mohammad Faisal, in his briefing, just after India stressed that Jammu and Kashmir is its internal matter, said that "A final decision on Jammu and Kashmir can only be made under a UN-administered plebiscite".
