US-Taliban deal a dawn of unsettling peace?

US and Taliban have signed a peace deal in Afghanistan according to which, peace talks will begin between US President Donald Trump and Taliban leadership and US troops will be phased out of the country. While some view this as America's defeat in the region, Trump has warned Taliban to not take any action that might jeopardise the deal.
