Russia Ukraine War Day 55: What is Vladimir Putin's 'Operation Bistro'?

The war between Russia and Ukraine has been going on for 55 days now. Both the countries have been inconsistent in attacks against each other. The latest attack by Ukraine led to the sinking of Russia's prized possession, Moskva. It is suspected that Russia would launch a massive attack. 

As per the breaking news report, Russia is likely to launch the nuke attack today. 

Though experts are talking about Vladimir Putin's Operation Bistro as well. The operation means that Russian troops will attack in a massive and faster manner than before.
