Iran launched missile attacks against US forces inside Iraq in 'revenge' for Qassem Soleimani assassination on Wednesday. Iran's Foreign Minister Javad Zarif said the attacks were "proportionate measures in self-defence". "We do not seek escalation or war, but will defend ourselves against any aggression," he tweeted. The country's Telecommunication Minister Mohammad-Javad Azari Jahromi tweeted: "Get the hell out of our region".
