A shooting at a subway station in Brooklyn, New York, injured at least 16 people on Tuesday morning. The suspect has been characterised as a black man wearing a construction vest who blew smoke onto the train and opened fire on passengers. He hasn't been apprehended yet. Ten of the total injured were hit by gunfire, according to the New York City Fire Department.
