Armenia & Azerbaijan clash: What role is being played by Israel?

 Azerbaijan has alleged that Armenia attacked its large cities last night in violation of the ceasefire agreement in Russia's mediation. There is a conflict between the two countries over the border of Nagorno-Karbakh region.
