Armenia & Azerbaijan clash: Russian President Putin offers mediation

Russian President, Vladimir Putin has offered mediation in the clash between Armenia and Azerbaijan. The President has called the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan to hold peace talks. 

The dispute started in Nagorno-Karabakh and it continues despite the pleas for a ceasefire from all over the world.
