Afghanistan Crisis: What is Taliban's 'Red Line'?

The American Forces have been working day in and out in order to evacuate US citizens and Afghans who do not wish to remain in the country. But amid these efforts, the Taliban has warned to leave Afghanistan before August 31 and they call this ultimatum as Red Line. The US Army has assured that all will be airlifted before the deadline.
