Why are farmers not getting benefits of Kisan Samman Yojana in West Bengal?

Election has been announced in Bengal but before the elections, the game of politics has started in Bengal on farmers. In this political battle, about 70 lakh farmers of Bengal are suffering. Assembly elections will be held in eight phases on 294 seats in West Bengal. On March 27 on 30 assembly seats in five districts of the state under the first phase, April 1 on 30 assembly seats in four districts under the second phase.
