Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a rally in Kharagpur today. Addressing the rally, he said that if BJP comes to power in Bengal, then the saffron party will make development in the state in a phased manner. West Bengal elections will be held in a total of eight phases. In the first phase, voting will be held on March 27 on 30 seats.
