Trinamool Congress (TMC) candidates Pradip Sarkar and Tapan Deb Sinha registered massive victories over Kharagpur Sadar and Kaliaganj seats respectively.
While Sarkar led by 20,811 votes, Deb defeated his nearest rival -- BJP's Kamal Chandra Sarkar by 2,304 votes.
