People in the mountainous state of Uttarakhand could be seen having a nice time while enjoying the snow, braving the chilling weather conditions. A group of friends could be seen dancing to the local songs in Surkanda, to welcome the new year. The bone-chilling cold failed to dampen the spirit of new year in the state.
