Before the swearing-in ceremony, Joe Biden tweeted,- "United States: a new day for America." Significantly, Lady Gaga has been a part of Biden's campaign in this year's presidential election. A day before the US presidential election, Gaga appeared with Biden, a candidate from Western Pennsylvania.
