UP Govt Minister Anand Swaroop Shukla writes to Balliya DM over Azaan on Loudspeaker

After objecting to the voice of Azaan in mosques by Allahabad University's vice-chancellor, the minister of Yogi Adityanath government has now written a similar complaint to the District Magistrate.
