UP Cong Committee writes to EC demanding approval for virtual rallies

The Congress Committee of Uttar Pradesh have written a letter to the Election Commission demanding approval for virtual rallies instead of the big rallies. In the written letter, Congress has targeted Modi government over the rallies being conducted.
