Former Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray on Friday asked the new Eknath Shinde-led government not to "stab Mumbai in the heart" as he expressed disappointment. Amid the battle over claims to the Shiv Sena, Uddhav Thackeray ‘removed’ newly appointed Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde from the post of Sena leader in the party organisation.
