Two-child policy to be implemented in Assam: CM Himanta Biswa Sarma

The Chief Minister of Assam, Himanta Biswa Sarma has given a major statement. In this statement, Himanta Biswa Sarma has said that two-child policy will be applied in Assam and people have to follow this policy in order to avail benefits being provided by the State Government.
