Tractor Rally: Farmers break barricades in Nangloi

Police is trying to make protesting farmers understand that they should follow the route decided for the tractor march but farmers are not obeying to decided rules and regulations. The agitating farmers, comprising mostly youths, earlier broke through the barricades set up by police near Ghazipur entry.
