Threat to India from Taliban's Haqqani network?

The Taliban has given the responsibility of the security of Kabul to the Haqqani network. The Haqqani network has links with al-Qaeda. Not only this, Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI also controls the Haqqani network. It is clear that this is a matter of concern for India as well.
