System failed to ensure safety of women in country | Matrabhumi

Massive outrage has gripped the country after the gruesome rape and murder of the 27-year-old veterinarian in Hyderabad. The brutal incident has evoked nationwide protests, with people demanding harsh punishment for the perpetrators. Telangana CM KCR, has decided to set up a fast track court to deal with the case. He asked the officials concerned to take measures in this regard.
