Should people of Punjab believe in Arvind Kejriwal's Free electricity promise? | India Chahta Hai

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said in a press conference in Chandigarh that if his government is formed in Punjab, every family will be given free electricity up to 300 units per month. The Aam Aadmi Party has started wooing the public before the assembly elections. Will the people of Punjab believe in this promise made by Arvind Kejriwal?
