Shiv Sena has the key to power in Maharashtra?

Politics of Mahrashtra has turned into a match. In this match Shiv Sena has the key to power in its hand. Both BJP and Shiv Sena have lost their chance to form the government and now NCP has the ball in its court. Today, NCP has the chance to prove its majority lately by 8:30 pm. NCP has increased its talk with Shiv Sena but today no word has been exchanged between Congress and NCP.
