Shahdol Medical College mishap: Who is responsible for negligence?

The growing havoc of the second wave of Corona virus in the country has caused the health system to collapse. There is an acute shortage of beds, ventilators, the drug used in the treatment of corona, and oxygen, in hospitals across the country, due to which the number of deaths is increasing continuously. At Shahdol Medical College in Madhya Pradesh, many Covid patients died late Saturday due to low oxygen supply.
