Punjab Congress Crisis | Significance of Captain Amarinder Singh's resignation

 Assembly elections are due in Punjab next year and before that the Chief Minister of the state Captain Amarinder Singh resigned from his post. In this way, he could not complete his five-year term. He reached Raj Bhavan on Saturday and met Governor Banwarilal Purohit and submitted his resignation.
