President Ram Nath Kovind to lay foundation stone of Ambedkar Memorial in Lucknow

Before the UP assembly elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party will now build a memorial site in the name of Ambedkar to lure Dalit voters. President Ram Nath Kovind will lay the foundation stone of Ambedkar Memorial in the capital Lucknow on June 29.
