Posters put up of Mamata Banerjee on 80% hoardings before PM's arrival

PM Modi will address a huge rally at the Brigade Parade Ground in Kolkata today. However, before his arrival for this rally, posters of Mamata Banerjee have been placed on 80% hoardings of the city. The West Bengal Assembly polls will be held in eight phases between March 27 and April 29. The counting will take place on May 2.
