Patra Chawl Land Scam: Sanjay Raut lawyer's BIG CLAIM, 'He has not been taken into custody'

The Enforcement Directorate on Sunday detained Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut in connection with the Patra Chawl land scam. The Rajya Sabha MP was detained by the probe agency following raids that were conducted at his residence in Mumbai, reported news agency ANI. Following his detention, Raut said the he "won't bow down". "You can't beat that person..The one who never gives up! Won't bow down! Jai Maharashtra," he tweeted. Raut claimed that he was not involved in any scam and that the action initiated against him by the enforcement agency was based on false evidence.
