Mumbai Congress President Bhai Jagtap protests against increasing fuel prices on bullock cart

Congress party workers in Mumbai protested against the rising petrol and diesel prices. The President of Mumbai Congress, Bhai Jagtap, used a bullock cart to mark his protest.  Bhai Jagtap has decided to organize a continuous agitation against the government against the rising prices of petrol and diesel. While talking to ABP News, Bhai Jagtap launched sharp attacks on PM Modi.
