Migrant exodus major reason behind fall of real estate sector

Mass migrant exodus is behind the complete downfall of the real estate sector in India. Many projects are still on hold even after the government gives a green signal. This has resulted in a loss of over two lakh crores. Due to lack of labourers, under-construction buildings come to a halt.
