After Gujarat, the alcohol mixed with poison killed 11 people in Chhapra, Bihar. According to reports, the people drank the poisonous liquor together in a party after a spiritual program in the day. Bihar has a ban on alcohol as well currently, as the government has banned liquor supply in the state.
